TotalMobile

A corporate re-brand and refurbishment of the headquarters of TotalMobile in Belfast - Pilot Point - helped set the stage for The Boss Design Group to demonstrate its prowess at providing office furniture solutions to suit multi-functional spatial requirements.

Specified by Contract Services Design Studio of Belfast - who were appointed to carry out the complete refurbishment of the offices and facilities, from initial interior design stage to furniture supply and installation - a range of innovative and stylish products from the Boss Design, Lyndon Design and Komac brands within the Group were carefully selected to create a dynamic working environment across all three floors of the Pilot Point building.

A diverse mix of task, breakout, meeting, visitor and conference chairs, together with tables, credenzas and upholstered seating helped furnish a mix of breakout spaces, informal meeting areas, work stations and executive meeting rooms, as well as a staff refectory. This blend of furniture enables staff, clients and visitors to Pilot Point to work and relax in functional yet comfortable spaces. All products combine modern design, ergonomics and superior aesthetics.

Commenting on this latest specification, Amanda Keys, Senior Interior Designer at Contract Services Design Studio said: “The Boss Design Group range of furniture provided the perfect solution for this project. We knew they could provide seating solutions to satisfy such a wide range of spatial requirements within one building, and at the same time create an effective and stunning work environment worthy of TotalMobile.”

Amanda added: “The new design provides a stylish and vibrant office space, whist the office furniture in particular fully complements our theme to make work a happier and friendly environment.”

Meeting rooms were populated with the definitive boardroom chair, Delphi, in sophisticated grey, partnered alongside the Apollo boardroom table. Starr chairs were the ideal choice for the dining area alongside Event high stools. Two seater Raft sofas and brightly upholstered Chill chairs, provided a softer feel to the area. The contemporary Jac armchairs and Cato sofas were chosen to create a relaxed feel in reception and lounge areas.

Finally the work space itself was furnished with the highly functional and comfortable Q task chair. The Q chair features a synchronised mechanism that provides the user complete comfort through multiple movements, making it the ideal choice for a task chair. Also specified was the Moneypenny task chair due to its versatility. Ergonomically engineered it offers the optimum support and has a range of
adjustment controls to suit the individuals needs.
