Trinetic Wins Product of the Year 2016 Award

The triumphant launch of Trinetic earlier this year signalled the dawn of a new task chair era, and this revolutionary chair is certainly upholding its promise after scooping the much-coveted Product of the Year accolade; awarded at the FX International Interior Design Awards 2016.

Announced on the 30th November 2016 at The Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London, in front of a VIP audience of over 1,400 of the world’s leading architects and interior designers, Trinetic beat off eight other shortlisted contenders and thousands of other applicants from across the globe to carry the title in the Product of the Year category.

Impressed by Trinetic’s ground-breaking design that incorporates a brand new type of movement to create a superior and completely natural user experience, the chair scored highly for innovation, ergonomics, sustainability, functionality and aesthetics with all of the judging panel.

“The FX International Interior Design Awards 2016 is one of the most important events on the calendar,” says Brian Murray, Founder and Chairman of Boss Design. “Hence, we are ecstatic that Trinetic’s design and engineering superiority has been officially recognised on the platform of this prestigious event.

“Trinetic is changing the face of the task chair market as we know it. In addition to its superior ergonomics that negate the need for user adjustments, the market now has a truly unique and multifunctional product that can be specified as a task, touchdown or meeting chair,” adds Brian.

Commenting on Boss Design’s success, Theresa Dowling, FX Editor and Awards Director said: “Whilst competition in this category was fiercer than ever, the judges were wowed by Trinetic’s pioneering design that brings both ergonomic and commercial benefits to facilitate flexible working. It is a worthy winner.”

This year’s FX International Interior Design Awards celebrated 18 years of world-class design excellence. Boasting 21 categories, the UK, China, Italy and Japan were amongst the global talent claiming an award from its esteemed panel of judges. The event also catered for four prestigious awards voted for by FX readers.
